BBN branding seminar in South Korea

BBN South Korea recently hosted their 8th brand trends and knowledge sharing event at the COEX Auditorium in Seoul.
The “Brand Communiting” event had an audience of over 1,000 brand managers, consultants and industry experts and focused on “Brand Crisis”.
Stephane Munier, CEO from Munier BBN France discussed Brand Crisis and five golden rules for brands survival, personalization, brand whispering, a sense of affiliation, a sense of gratitude and the sharing of values – being loyal to customers.
Professor Ki-cheol Park, a professor of advertising focused on sustainable brands and value provided to customers, making reference to Oriental philosophical theories.
A musical performance by Young Sub Shim, a cellist from the National Korean of Arts University added a further cultural dimension to the MetaBranding event.
Mr Hanggi Park, CEO of BBN South Korea discussed web 2.0 and how branding should be developed on three key principles of web 2.0 - participation, openness and sharing.
