IAS gets totally immersed into digital

Move over Facebook - IAS b2b Marketing has taken the standard company intranet to the next level by creating its very own social network.

While other agencies are busy banning social networking sites, IAS has created Total Immersion 09, a virtual network that allows all employees to develop their own online identity and get involved in discussion forums, blogs and user profiles.

Rob Morrice, managing director at IAS, commented: “We wanted to find a way for the whole agency to fully immerse itself in the online world because it is such an integral part of b2b communications.

 “Developing our own social network that makes knowledge sharing and learning more engaging in the workplace was the most obvious way to do it, particularly as we have the capability in-house to create one.
