IAS has a winning start to 2010
20 April 2010
IAS b2b Marketing, the UK’s leading B2B agency, has started the 2010 awards season with a bang, taking away an impressive five awards at the Drum Marketing Awards last week; more than any other company.
The raft of awards continue the agency's wining streak, which
last year saw it take home no less than three 'agency of the year'
awards, consolidating its position as the UK's number one B2B
agency.
The Drum awards, which took place at the Ramada hotel in
Manchester, last Thursday night, saw IAS receive the Internal
Marketing Strategy award for its work with recycling and waste
management company, Veolia Environmental Services. IAS, who could
only be beaten by itself, was also awarded a commendation in the
same category, for its own internal marketing campaign, Total
Immersion.
Further consolidating the sterling work carried out on the
Veolia account, the team also went on to win the best Large Client
Company of the Year award. In addition, IAS took the gong for the
best Direct and Promotional Strategy, for its work with the
Federation of Master Builders.
In recognition of such fantastic work, the agency was also
awarded a commendation in the Marketing Services Company of the
year category. Rob Morrice, managing director at IAS, commented:
"The Drum Marketing awards are one of the first of the season, and
also one of the most prestigious, so to take home five awards is a
fantastic achievement and will hopefully set the tone for the
year.
"And we certainly have had a great start not only winning all
these awards, but also seven new accounts. With a great portfolio
of clients and a dedicated, award-winning team to match - it's no
surprise that we're in such high demand with the UK's leading B2B
brands."
