Opal appoints IAS b2b Marketing

One of the UK's largest communications network operators, Opal, has appointed business-to-business communications specialists, IAS b2b Marketing, to devise a new customer contact strategy for the organisation.
The aim of the campaign is to help strengthen Opal's
relationships with its customer base and provide an improved
customer experience for the B2B telecoms giant's 140,000 customers.
IAS has developed a fully integrated and segmented customer contact
strategy that will look at the total customer life cycle, from the
initial sign-up, through to the point of contract renewal.
