Veolia environmental services needed a promotional calendar to send out to local authorities and businesses. It had to demonstrate the company’s contribution to society through recycling as well as being something that people would choose to put up on their walls.
The creative solution was 'Picture the Difference'. We created a
series of images that made people look twice. At first glance the
pictures are stunning landscapes. But on closer inspection they are
made up of recycled materials that could damage the environment if
sent to landfill. As one of many contributors to the brand this
campaign has played a significant part in raising brand awareness.
In 350 qualitative interviews held in April with key target
customer sectors, both public and commercial, overall awareness of
Veolia had risen by 32% since the last time a similar survey was
carried out. And awareness combined with the phrase 'excellent' or
'good' had risen by 11%.
